What has your leadership experience been like? What are some of the opportunities/ challenges you/ they face as a leader?
Everybody fights to be a leader too, therefore your words are rarely heard. However when some people are stuck, they'll be very much open to your opinion and carry out what seems plausible.
What did you observe to be your/ their roles and responsibilities?
Collecting different sided opinions and from there, search for the best answer/ solution to the problem.
On what beliefs and values is your/ their leadership based on?
I believe that everybody is equal and everybody's opinion is worth a listen and to be carefully thought-over. Nobody is to be neglected nor looked down upon.
What were the effects/ consequences of your/ their leadership styles?

Sense of accomplishment & learn to know others better

Learn to know others better, and help to improve on different opinions

Gets the job done slowly. Slow and steady wins the race! :D
